DaDong New York is the first restaurant in the United States from the famed Chinese chef DaDong. Located in Bryant Park, the exquisite, two-floor restaurant is complete with two lounges and dining spaces. The luxurious space also provides a much-needed location for nightlife in the Bryant Park area.
Before construction, we worked with the internal marketing team to adapt the existing Chinese brand for the U.S. market. Learning about the Chef’s priorities and values, we helped craft the brand’s messaging and look and feel. This foundation led to signage, marketing collateral, menu design, and a website that properly reflected the style and sophistication of the brand.
