320 West 115th Street is a luxury condominium project that involved combining two brownstones into one. Its six units were refined with carefully selected features and thoughtful amenities. Working with the Halstead Property Development Marketing team, we created the overall look and feel of the brand to appropriately reach a very selective market. We continued with supportive collateral, including a website and brochure. All units were in the process of closing before construction was completed.
