Silk Realty Group is a real estate sales and development company based in New York City. Founded by key players well-versed in the international investment market, Silk Realty Group is responsible for some of New York City’s most desirable developments, including Oosten, The Muse, Manhattan View, and 615 10th Avenue.
When forming, the team approached us to help brand and market the new company. Having previously worked on two of the developments, we had an inside understanding of the history of the company and its connections with international investors in Asian regions. Our challenge was to showcase the company’s in-depth knowledge within the dynamic New York City market while also sharing its global reach.
With a desire to balance the company’s wealth of knowledge with an easy-to-understand message, we started by helping identify and organize its messaging and content. Through understanding its utmost desires, we set out to create a brand that was stately and modern while also simple and understandable across cultures.
The result was a clean, elegant brand that reflected not only the sophistication of its founders, but also the company’s modern developments. We continued with this same approach as we developed marketing collateral. We worked closely with the internal marketing team to create content that best reflected the company’s core strengths and benefits while communicating with various target audiences, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
We applied this content strategy to the website, creating a clean website that quickly communicated the company’s services while also displaying its own new developments. With future expansion in mind, the website featured enhanced property pages primed for future on-site listing capabilities. Image galleries, property details, and interactive embedded maps allowed for detailed, descriptive, and inviting property pages.
Since the company’s launch, Silk Realty Group has continued to expand its foothold within the New York City market.
